Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients in various settings, including assisted living facilities, home care, and medical offices.

Duties:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and procedures
- Provide patient education on medical conditions and treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication

Skills:

- Experience in ER, dementia care, acute pain management, and assisted living settings
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems like Epic
- Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation processes
- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) usage
- Ability to administer injections safely and accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions
